Trial Exhibits Demonstrative Evidence

Models are used in all types of cases: Aircraft, Accident Sites, Airports, Construction Accidents, Product Liability, Facility Operations, Vehicles, Railroads and Zoning and are useful at all scales, small, actual size and in the case of a circuit breaker, 150 times actual size. All initial consultations are free of charge.

The owner, Catherine E. Tinker, J.D. (1980 Washington University Law School) defended major corporations in complex tort cases. She is a former member of the Federal Trial Bar and a founding member of the International Aviation Womens Association. Clients included Morton Thiokol, Morton Salt, Eastern Airlines, and various insureds of Lloyds of London. She was a founding partner of Adler, Kaplan & Begy. As a trial consultant, she enjoys developing exhibits with attorneys and experts to explain the key facts of the case and engage the jury.
